2. Enable UK property sourcing agents to be easily found and contacted by UK property investors, while showcasing their reputation, generating qualified leads, and increasing revenue through sourcing more property.
PropSourcer was born out of the difficulty and frustration of trying to find "professional" property sourcers.
As with any industry, there are good and not-so-good people ready to serve you.
Unless you've been personally referred by someone you trust, there are risks involved in exchanging contracts, information, and funds with any property broker. Risks are heightened with property sourcers because theoretically anyone can say they're a sourcing expert overnight and start negotiating with you as a potential client.
Official guidelines are somewhat vague specifically regarding property sourcing regulations and compliance.
By manually reviewing and approving every property sourcer that registers with us, we're able to offer a marketplace that lists verified UK property sourcing professionals (according to our own verification criteria)*.
Building on top of that, we're positioning many other features and services that help property sourcers grow their business and establish greater credibility.
