We started as humble plumbers in 2017 and grew the business through word of mouth only. We were always training and developing, trying to do every job better than the last. The jobs got bigger and more complicated, and we developed relationships with other really good tradespeople who shared our passion for service and were always trying to attain perfection. We started project managing for customers and continued to build a strong power team.
Through working on various projects for property investors, we quickly realised that we could deliver a much better-quality product, so we started educating ourselves. Through our training, we have been lucky to add some very experienced property professionals to our power team. Our mentors are an invaluable source of knowledge and have enabled us to set up an ethical, compliant, design-led, and client-focused business.
Our approach is entirely client-focused, adhering to the principle that “no client, no cashflow.” We serve clients, not tenants.
In the simplest terms, there are four pieces to our puzzle.
We believe that by adopting this approach, we are securing our position at the top of the market even during challenging spells. By offering the best product to our clients, we expect longer stays and fewer voids, thus creating better returns for the investor. While cost is an important factor in every project, we always aim to add maximum value, and in many instances, value does not necessarily cost any more.
