Property Fit is a trading style of PF Sourcing LTD. Property Fit has been trading since 2004 and since that time we have sourced 575 properties worth about £45M for our clients.
We are experts in sourcing and managing the process for your investment property purchase. We deal with the acquisition, any repairs needed and ensuring that the property is let.
We work closely with our sister companies Bradwell Maintenance and Blue Wing Lettings. We get a quote for any repairs from Bradwell Maintenance (or a professional maintenance company if outside the North West). We can offer any advice and support except giving any financial advice. (We are not qualified to give financial advice but can recommend financial advisors if needed.)
We work closely with our clients to offer them the support that they need. We appreciate that many of our clients are based overseas (i.e. Hong Kong) so are used to working with our clients remotely which includes written updates, photos and videos. We will send you regular updates on the progress of the acquisition.
