Valour Property was founded by Shelton McCashin.
The journey began in 2016 when Shelton purchased his first property and carried out the majority of the refurbishment himself to learn the trades, costs, and challenges of renovating a property. Originally the plan was to flip this property, make some quick cash and then move onto the next one however after exploring refinancing options Shelton discovered the power of the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, Rent strategy.
Using the BRRR strategy allowed him to pull out all of the initial capital, refurbishment costs and even raise additional funds to repeat this process and invest in more properties. He realised that he could help others achieve the same financial freedom. He wanted to do this ethically and honourably and create a trustworthy name within the property agency sector that investors and buyers could rely on, so he created Valour Property to do just that.
