Our process begins with an investor consultation call where we will discuss your investment criteria, your appetite to risk and your property investment goals.
If we decide that we're both fit for one another, then I will get to work and find properties that meet your investment strategy and goals.
Once we have your property secured, we will progress the case through legals, liaising with mortgage brokers and solicitors to speed the process up.
Upon completion, we will then hand the keys over to our team of trades who will begin renovating and refurbishing the property before lining up our approved lettings partner to manage the tenancy.
