As a bespoke client we personally source, negotiate, secure your investment. We complete the viewings and do all due diligence personally. We do NOT outsource any part of the sourcing process for bespoke clients, simply because you're paying for our expertise and we want you to know you're in good hands. If you pay for a premium service, you get a premium service.
We offer a one stop shop for people who simply don't have the time or knowledge to build a property portfolio. Leverage the relationships we've built up to build your portfolio. We have clients not investors, this is because we like to build relationships up with anyone who we source for or help in some capacity.

We understand how hard it is to trust sourcers, there are too many people out there who are trying to make a quick buck. That isn't how we roll, our business is built from word of mouth and we have worked very hard to build up a great reputation for being honest, sourcing great deals and always keeping our clients interests at the top of the priority list.

Kenny helped us source a property and it was a breeze from the very beginning till the end.
I enjoyed working with him and his Dad, they're very friendly and great at what they do.
Not only do they care about doing a great job but also about you as an individual which I think sets them apart from other companies that do this.

The communication and proficiency from Kenny throughout the sourcing and negotiation process has been brilliant.
Their estimation of costs and net profit is realistic and clearly presented making the process very simple.

Since meeting Kenny and Carl we have found them to be very honest and straight. They have given a bespoke service from the outset, listening to us to understand where we are currently and what we want to achieve.
Kenny then found us a couple of properties and through discussion, helped us decide which one was the best for us. The deal was presented in a clear and understandable format and it was obvious Kenny really knows his area well.
He then negotiated with the vendor through the agent to secure the property for us. He has done all the liaising with the agent and legals and has always communicated well, replying to texts and emails without delay.
Once completed, Kenny and Carl's construction business will be undertaking refurb work to raise the end value so we'll end up with only a few thousand left in the deal, leaving us ready to go again.
We find both Kenny and Carl to be professional, friendly and sincere and we are really looking forward to working with them in the future.

This was my first house purchase so I needed a little bit of guidance. Kenny has made it all so easy for me and hands off. Giving me constant updates and sorting all the complicated things when it comes to buying a property. Cant wait to work with Kenny again for my next project.

Attention to detail from the start of the sourcing process all the way until completion has been incomparable.
My hand has been held every step of the way and I am extremely lucky to have them in my team.
I am based at the other side of the UK and I have complete trust and faith with Kenny and the team in looking after my investments now and building a future empire.
Not only have they sourced the property, they are then going to refurbish and potentially look at other revenue streams via the house.
Communication has been superior, attentiveness and punctuality have been at its best and I could not recommend them as highly as I can put on paper! Not just for sourcing property, but also as people.
